I run reports to balance time or calculate hours required for completion of Practical Nurse program. Can be adjusted as per needs, ex. student forgets to clock out or arrived on time but clocked in later. Team leader relies on reports to keep track of hours completed and any time to make up. Works great for our needs, we are adult education and used to track required program hours. > > **Cons**: I have not been able to pull out a 30 minute lunch on certain days. The students have a 7 hour day with a half hour lunch from 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday from September to June. They get 6.5 hours per day credited. Two days a week they go to clinical, off site from 8am to 2:30pm with no lunch.
