Not only does it offer everything I'm looking for in one program, but it's always adding new features (many of which are suggestions from other users like me\!) And if I have an issue (user error or otherwise), the customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful\! I really appreciate the quick and effective REAL Person client support team, whenever I have a question or made a mistake in my system they are ready to help. I find the dashboard very easy to navigate and I love all the customization settings for the classes and families/students. The team is always working on making changes \& updates to the system to make personalization more available for what each studio needs. The parent portal is easy to navigate and we love the new addition of Appointments - we will be adding private lessons that way soon\! > > **Cons**: I wish that the emailing had widgets for creating newsletters right in Jackrabbit rather than having to create on canva then copy \& paste. Or, if the emailing had a way to paste an html to format an email newsletter. We love jackrabbit pay, but I wish there was a way to void a payment when a bank account is used.
