I trialed Interceptum about 3 years ago and have kept with it, running over 30 surveys through the tool. The interface is as intuitive as some of the other tools I have used and the price point is quite reasonable for what we get out of it. There are some more complicated activities that require a bit of a learning curve. The documentation could use an update and could be better searchable, but I have rarely had to refer to it. Any problems I have encountered are always addressed quickly by Interceptum, either through an explanation or a fix. The have always come across as very receptive to new ideas/observations. Out of the box, the tool isn't visually flashy, but I have yet to explore the personalization features to make it stand out, so this is probably my own fault. From a mobile perspective, we haven't had any large challenges, once again, it is functional but not flashy. The tool's responsiveness to different mobile devices has improved over the last few years.
