> **Pros**: Compleat allows instant recognition and approval of electronic invoices received via email. If all criteria is included and matches the PO the invoice is accepted and process without hassle.

> **Cons**: Small suppliers that are not setup to send smart pdf invoices will struggle with this. Can be difficult with new suppliers or if the invoices are not sent to the correct address and have to be emailed in from within the company adding time to processing.

> Overall Compleat is good. It shines with larger companies who send regular invoices.
