The canned reports are okay but too often do provide what you think your looking at really simply attributes such as basic demographic information is difficult to acquire. For all of the advancements in behavioral health, CareLogic is falling behind and any integration or advancements come with very large price points. Qualifacts is notorious for failing to deliver on promises made and almost never meets the timelines they agree to keep. > > CareLogic has been a very good first EHR for our agency and we have learned a lot about what is possible from a measuring outcomes to employee performance measures. However, the support is lacking and everything has a price tag.
