> **Pros**: Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool is available both on premise and in the cloud formats.

Oracle GRC is one of the best tools to mitigate risk and enforce compliance. SOX compliance can be enforced by using Oracle GRC. Segregation of duties can be enforced using Oracle Identity Manager and proper controls can be put in place. 

In organizations people leave and change roles and positions. Most organizations do not remove access as people move roles and positions. Oracles Role based access control will mitigate these issues. System administrators can monitor access and activity by using various reports.
