The cloud-based system provides strong security features, including secure user access and reliable protection of sensitive landlord and tenant information. Customer support has been consistently responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, with issues resolved promptly and helpful training resources readily available. From an operational perspective, Property Tree has streamlined our overall rent roll management by improving efficiency in trust accounting, arrears management, maintenance tracking, inspections, and communication with landlords and tenants. Overall, the software has become an essential tool in the successful management of our portfolio. > > **Cons**: The area we have experienced the most issues with is the integration with Brick+ Agents. We have found that work orders are not consistently sent through to trades, occurring approximately 50% of the time, which has impacted workflow efficiency and has led us to consider discontinuing the program.
