> **Cons**: Depreciation calculation errors: Occasional incorrect calculations, especially for depreciation, which require manual intervention. There should be an "error" report, or indication thereof, online.

> **Pros**: you can set up multiple companies and enter separate information for them all.  this is an easier way to calculate  depreciation expense

> **Cons**: when you sell or dispose of an item it does not fall off of your total and it is very hard to match it up to your balance sheet since the totals do not match

> It is difficult to match your balance sheet and year end totals. so even after you have put in a disposal date the total still includes it.  I have tried every available choice on the screen to no avail.

Also, we appreciate the ease with which we can pull reports on-demand to account for our assets.  The learning curve is quick and relatively intuitive.  Also, the customer support team is also courteous and responsive.

> **Cons**: The interface is not super sleek from a graphic design perspective, but it's functional and does what it's meant to do\!

> Works pretty well for the price paid and support is responsive.  Whenever there is a bug, we contact support and they promptly respond with a follow-up solution.
