> **Pros**: This product integrates seamlessly with Salesforce giving a positive user experience. The results are fast, mostly relevant, and easy to understand. It allows a decent level of customizations and makes it flexible enough to achieve your specific business needs. With Coveo, I feel that our ticketing system offers better customer experience to the users and also helps with some case avoidance.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, it gives an impression that the search results are not always relevant. The sorting and filtering options can be improved.

> We use Coveo in our organization and integrated it with our knowledge-centered support. It's fairly simple and straightforward to implement. We have a ton of data in Salesforce and Coveo does a decent job of indexing them for search and knowledge base purposes.
