> **Pros**: It's SQL based, which makes getting useful reports an option.
> 
> **Cons**: Audit trails for customers is not user friendly, out of the box reporting is antiquated and not exceptionally useful.  Sales tax module is not overly easy to use either.
> 
> Make sure you have someone on staff that knows SQL, as I've had to write many of our reports.
