> **Pros**: One of the customer support is the BIGGEST pro for your company. Not only does she know what she is talking about, she is relentless on finding a solution. And if she is unsure of an issue, she will always let me know....Absolutely enjoy working with her\!\!\!\!

The default hours when requesting sick time.  This feature needs to be flexible, sometimes you only need one hour for an appt, not the four hours that it defaults to.

The online tutorials could be improved or accompanied by better documentation.
