Travis is amazing at helping us customize product to fit our business needs
Prompt, friendly service
Being able to view time sheets, schedules, and payroll all in one place has been great
Not liking the lack of options with the reports or how the reports are displayed but given the ease of use of all other parts of product and the outstanding service I've received from Travis it completely makes up for the report side of things.  I'd recommend to anyone to give this product a try I'm sure they'll love it.
