> **Pros**: It does almost everything our title company needs to do in one program.  It stores all the transaction information, documents can be uploaded to each file, generate, draft, and send documents with information pulled for that particular transaction, generate shipping labels, and even accounting\!  There are so many great features I could not possibly list them all.

> **Cons**: We do get kicked out for maintenance and/or an issue once and a while which can be frustrating, but the IT team there is amazing and things are usually back up and running in minutes.  It is very complex because of everything that the software does and it does take some time to learn all the ins and outs, but small price to pay for what it does.

> This is the \#1 software program for anyone  working in Real Estate Title.  There are new items and features being added and improved all the time from our personal suggestions.    The customer support takes very good care of our needs and wants.
