Admins have not had an issue getting on board either and can easily manage running reports and making assignments. > > **Cons**: I have been very happy with the tool, but would love to see options for data in the core tool be open to more options. There are grids that allow for many ad hoc reports, but sometimes the fields included are not what I need causing me to have to run multiple reports and merge them together. I also would like to see more options available for import tools similar to the enrollment upload and user upload. For example, I would like to be able to import courses from Excel alongside the enrollments tool for historical enrollments or manual conversions from other systems. > > Absorb has been a great partner since implementation. The customer support has been good and it's been very exciting to see the tool grow and get the opportunity to be a part of trying new options as they release. Also, all videos are removed and unplayable when uploaded as part of an existing PPT.
