The tab-based layout makes it simple to navigate between BOMs etc. I mainly use it for change orders, ECNs, drawing requests, and BOM management, and it helps keep everything organized and supports good team collaboration. Arena mail notifications are also useful for tracking approvals and changes. From my experience, the platform provides good security and overall offers good value for money. > > **Cons**: The system logs me out several times during the day. It is difficult to work with multiple workspaces at the same time. Adding items to change orders and requests could be more efficient. > > I have been using Arena PLM for about two years as a Mechanical engineer, and overall, my experience has been positive. Also, I think there should be some bubbles that can help understand individual buttons with org-specific information. e.g. The editions should show how my org uses it.
