> **Pros**: I like the fact that it works and is within my budget.  As a small business I seek value in everything I do.  I drive a Honda because it's a great car at a fair price.  I use Captools because it's great software at a fair price.  It will actually do more than I use it for, like billing and trading.  It's robust.

> **Cons**: It's so robust it's awkward to learn, but once you do, it simple and easy to run and maintain.  You can even customize the reports.  I first began using it in 2003.  It's good and tech support is there if you have a question or need help.  I can't ask for anything more and highly recommend it.
