> **Pros**: Security is good. You can hide patient information on your screen. By only displaying patient chart numbers. Learning how to use it is easy. It take one week.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it freeze and force me to log out or restart my computer. I don’t know why but I think it get tired sometimes.

> It is good and safe to use. One other thing I don’t really like is I either need patient name or chart number to look patient up. I can’t use patient phone number to look up.
