Support existed during the dating phase then after contract it became all but nonexistent. My staff reports requests for support are responded to with sarcasm and humifaction. Shop around. try other systems. Add an escape provision to the contract that if you are not satisfied yo may cancel. with full refund. It was a bad choice to use Neos.
