The wider team outside of the implementation team were always eager to help and we have managed to work on several integrations on tight timeframes together.

> **Cons**: We did have some restrictions in terms of capability around video interview, however, the team were able to find an alternative solution for us.

> It has been fantastic to get to know the whole team through our implementation journey, we have found them responsive and eager to help. Our implementation manager took the time to understand our individual needs and offer solutions to ensure our ATS works for us and not just a one size fits all.
