> **Pros**: It's a highly comprehensive system that can incorporate lots of details. When it works, it's functionality is great and links different stages together. I like how you can drill into transactions back through the various stages from end to end.

> **Cons**: It's not flexible; if something isn't set up correctly it does not have sufficient flex to make amendments. Feedback on bugs and improvements does not seem to result in developments taking place which I thought was a key reason that Greencore and Xpedeon chose to work together. There are many workarounds we have had to implement to deal with things that make our working day inefficient and leave many people disliking the product.

> Mixed. I can do what I need to but it comes with challenges and adaptations. I am intuitive enough to find a way to fix things but that isn't how many people work. I like the product a lot but there is a lot of improvement needed to make it great.

> **Cons**: User interface can make it difficult, having to search menu rather than logic staged tabs ie move from res to extras to exchange in once sales menu.

> Good experience overall, Xpedeon listen to issues and want to work in partnership to resolve and improve

> **Pros**: It does a lot and is fairly interactive and innovative once you get used to it. Import feature is good.

> **Cons**: Very very very slow. Painful at times. Too many approvals. Timing out is a real pain, if you minimise the screen and go back, it closes down. Seems overly complicated at times and messy to look at.
