When everything is working as intended, it’s an extremely useful operational tool. Support can also be fantastic, and I’ve noticed a definite uptick recently in both responsiveness and the overall quality of support. > > **Cons**: My experience has been somewhat hit or miss, particularly when it comes to integrations. It isn’t always clear what integrates, exactly how it works, or where an issue is coming from when multiple systems are involved. Some of that is also dependent on our POS provider, so it’s not entirely on HotSchedules, but I’d love to see more transparency and documentation around integration capabilities and troubleshooting. > > Overall, after opening 20+ restaurants using HotSchedules and its integrated products, I’ve had a generally positive experience, although it can be hit or miss at times. The budgeting and labor tools are especially valuable and have become an important part of how we manage our restaurants.
