It is user friendly and whenever there are questions the customer support team is so helpful\! Whether it is an RM rep on the phone or the chat box, they solve bugs and issues quickly. It is worth the investment in the software because it helps manage all types of tenants in one place. I like that our accounting team as well as onsite managers can use the same software, it makes it a true value for the money.
