> **Pros**: Intuitive and flexible -- it accepts data such as client and case numbers the way your firm wants, not the way it wants.
> 
> **Cons**: It should provide a trust account balance feature to generate reports to clients as to funds held in trust, even if there is no activity.
> 
> After splitting from a large firm that used Elite, we (office of 17 attorneys) transitioned to LAWS/Pro at less the startup cost of other billing systems; every timekeeper in the office started inputting  his/her own time, with easy to generate and review prebills, final bills, and excellent firm management reporting.
