> **Pros**: Most of all, it is super easy to use for both Admin \& PCAs.

> **Cons**: We uses EVV plus for  Medicaid program only and have no idea for Medicare skilled part.

> **Pros**: 1. The one thing I absolutely love about  EVV Plus  is it  the  data driven intelligent dashboard which tell me what visit need my attention ( incomplete , missed , invalid visit service address due GPS  related issues).
I don't need to go through the hundreds of visits generated daily from our operations . 

2. Respite care usage tracking. It even resets the respite care at beginning of your fiscal year. How cool is that.

> **Cons**: Users in EVV Plus can either office sate or caregiver . It does not allow  a dual user  role. For example,  a caregiver who provides support at the office too.

> 1, EVV Plus saved us  a lot of time. We spend no more than 15 minutes/day to address issues from yesterday's visit and we move on to other tasks which need our attention. 

2. EVV Plus provides great functionality to archive timesheets by person ,  service type( personal , respite , nursing)   and by date. It is so easy to pull records  when needed , example, sate auditor comes in to your office unannounced.

> **Cons**: Can not change service types once a visit is completed in case all scheduled personal care is not used in a week.

> Simplicity of switching from prior EVV vendor. Set-up took one day.
