### "Coldmove Customer Service Manager ProWMS review" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: It is very easy to use and to train new staff on.  It works very well for controlling and managing the stock within our Warehouse and gives us the full traceability we require for audits, etc.  The data flow for receipts and despatches is very good and easy to follow which leads us to fewer errors throughout the process. 
It is also very good for creating reports.

> **Cons**: We had an upgrade in 2024 - before the upgrade when we keyed an order onto the system we could select 'add product', type in the product code for the product required and the number of cases required and when we hit enter that would complete our order for that line and allow us to then enter the details for the next product.  This was a fairly quick process.
After the upgrade we now have to select 'Add product', type in the number of cases and then click on save which adds the product to the order.  We then click 'Add Line' to add the next product. 
This may not seem like much but we have a customer who send us at least two orders daily with up to 20 different products so keying these on does take some time anyway but following the upgrade we received the process is now even slower.
We have a daily schedule which we use like a Diary Book - we link deliveries to each appointment but apart from that it doesn't link in particularly well with our daily receipts and orders.

> Overall I do really like using ProWMS - it is the most user friendly Warehouse Management system I have used and gives me and my team pretty much everything we need to carry out our jobs to a high level.

If I could ask for anything it would be for somebody to possibly come to site maybe once or twice a year that we could speak to for advice on the system and maybe just check their knowledge on certain parts of it.  When we received the system 8 years ago we had support on site for a few days but were then left to work with it ourselves.  We have done this and it works for us but there may be things we are not using because we are not aware they are there.  You can only get so much info by logging tickets.
