> **Pros**: When reaching out to customer support, the response time is very fast. My partner and I were using a competitor at the start of our business and we were having a few difficulties with their service and we were never getting responses. Our staff was having issues and we looked a little incompetent at the start of our business so customer service being so prompt is such a big deal for us. Our next everything is the easy abuse a lot of things is common sense which is great. Lastly, having our own app is something that we love we have another business and our clients loved that we have on app. I think that it also sets us apart from our competition and it makes the business look at a different level.

They always ask for feedback and release the features that you mention to them. I recently asked for a 24hr period service feature, and they mentioned that they will add it to the queue of features coming up. I can't wait \!\!\!
