> **Pros**: Local Gov 's website is easy to use. I have had good experience with their customer service department for any issues I have encountered.
> 
> **Cons**: We use a debit block on our bank accounts and when paying the taxes on the website it is unclear what ACH ID will be used to pull the money from our account. We have had issued with several ACHs being blocked because we didn't have the correct ACH ID on file with our bank. I had to work with customer support to obtain the correct ID and get it set up with our bank then re-submit the payment.

> **Pros**: Not much I'm liking about it, its easy to get in and out of but it needs to do more. See below.

> **Cons**: There needs to be a feature just like with our Washington State B\&O tax report where you can put the date that it needs to be paid. If I do it today then it comes out of our bank by tomorrow yet the report is not due until the last day of the month.  It also should total the gross sales for you. I have to pull out the last report and then add the current sales to that report. It should do that for everyone.

> I use it to submit my lodging taxes to Erie County in Sandusky, Ohio.  I haven’t experienced any difficulty using this system. I am pleased with the ease of using it to withdraw the funds from my checking account.  Don’t love paying taxes…but this helps to make it easier\!\!
