> **Pros**: EngageAI's browser plugin requires zero effort. I just click to make a comment, select the 'tone' and leave it to do its thing. 90% of the time it's been a great response. Tracking leads and prospects with a list and ensuring that we can see and comment on their posts wasn't something I was looking for, but already coming to rely upon this so much and using it regularly to focus on the people I want to engage with rather than those LinkedIn wants me to see.

> **Cons**: There's always a risk of complications with extensions vs browser versions and conflicting extensions, but this has been minimal and likely not a fault of EngageAI per se. Only frustration is that it shows white text on a white background in dark mode.

> **Pros**: It's super simple to use. The AI does all the work. It reads the LinkedIn content and then provides a response. You still have to tweak it, but it gives a great starting point.

> **Cons**: A few times, I've encountered when I wanted to use the extension, it does not appear. I have to refresh my browser a few times to get it to come on the screen. Also, I wish the "beta" comments would be at the top, so that it's just easy to click on the reply you want.

> Overall it's great. In business, it's better to give than to receive. When you give a comment, you are helping that person and in turn, they will feel indebted to help you in the future.
