> **Pros**: Productific is a perfect tool to interact with your customers on an easy and quick to understand level to improve your service or product.
It not only makes Feature Requests transparent, but you also can creat a Road Map for planned and released features.
Interaction with customers was never that easy

> **Cons**: It would be great to have "own" login systems apart from integrations, meaning a username and password specifically for productific, at the moment you can only login via Google, X, LinkedIN...
> 
> My overall expereince is great.
The product is easy to understand, quick to set up and also quick to share with customers.
Also the support is qucik and hepful.
