My experience with Graphy has been extremely disappointing, particularly with the gap between what was discussed/committed during the sales process and what I experienced after making the payment. I was assured of services including a website, marketing support, and Zoom subscription. Once the payment was made, however, getting proper assistance became extremely difficult. The biggest problems I faced were: \* Very poor post-sales support \* Difficulty getting clear and timely responses \* Lack of ownership when issues were raised \* A frustrating gap between sales commitments and actual support \* Difficulty getting meaningful solutions instead of repeated responses \* Feeling that once the payment was received, my concerns were no longer treated with the same urgency The platform itself may have useful features, and I’m not saying that nobody can benefit from Graphy.
