> **Pros**: So much easier for customers to book or cancel one visit or multiple visits. Recurring schedules are so easy for me to manage. The drag and drop feature on the desktop version is great. The price is low and adding extra staff doesn’t cost me anything. The support team answers every question quickly and in a way that’s so easy to understand.

> **Cons**: I would like on the desktop view to have an option for the pet icons to be smaller. I would like to be able to block days we’re unavailable.

 took her time and helped me at every step of the process and was so patient and kind. As I am getting used to everything, any time I have a question they are so quick to answer\! Most of the things that are different to me (and what I was worried would be issues) are things I am getting used to quickly, and are much less of a problem than I expected. My staff also LOVES the app, especially their ability to get/send messages to clients (we don't give clients our sitters direct numbers so all previous messages had to go through me which could be tedious).
