> **Pros**: Modern look, screen was responsive to touch.  Reporting functions were adequate for our needs.  Employee clock in functions were nice even though it didn't force logout employees at end of business.

> **Cons**: The company does not respect your data privacy as in they shared all of our business records with another customer and at the same time locked us out so we were unable to process our state quarterly taxes.  They provide system updates without warning and typically during the busiest part of the day when tickets are running rampant the system updates and reboots.  The system lacks inventory control at any useable level.  Say you are tracking gray goose vodka by the shot.  Well if you create a bloody mary and have optional vodkas i.e. gray goose the system will not remove the shot from your inventory.  Same goes for any item you can think of for an upcharge, the item remains in inventory.  Customer support is mainly offshore and extremely difficult to understand the dialect.  The printers are proprietary so you are forced to buy hardware from them.  The initial implementation was horrible.  So many things went wrong we wanted to throw it out in the parking lot.  We did lose customers over the implementation as people didn't have patience enough for the rough spots.  I would pay money to see the episode of John T trying to set this nightmare up.  If he thinks bartenders giving away drinks is a crime he should see what this system does to employee and customer morale.  To this date we still have not received our business reports for the last quarter we were in business.  BTW we sold our business and transferred the product to the new owners so that was a blessing but a curse as in everything we had online was lost at that moment.

> The overall experience was negative.  From the failed implementation to so many years of headaches and system patches it just wasn't worth it.  Losing all of our business data after so many years of work was simply disheartening.
