When carefully set up, it combines relative simplicity and clarity with reliability, and pricing is reasonable. But tracking the projects in JIRA is only half the battle, unfortunately. Our PSA also needed to be aware of these items so that we could control timecard entry and relate every minute of billable time worked to a recognizable work item that our clients could identify. This is where PeekLogic excels. It has provided us with a straightforward but flexible way of populating project milestones as epics and project tasks as stories in synchronization with JIRA so that timecard compliance is now simple to achieve.
