> **Pros**: I've only very recently installed Cartloop and I'm pretty surprised at how responsive and helpful the customer care team are. The level of professionalism is outstanding. I'm not fully familiar with the interface yet but I'm impressed with how beginner friendly it is. 

My hope is to use the software for sms campaigns and cart recovery and it does appear to be a slick system. I will update my review in a few months time when I have more concrete findings.

> **Pros**: I am simply amazed by this app and by the team that’s working there. When I reached out to them, the team instantly responded back, onboarded me, created a strategy based on my needs. They promised to help me with anything that has to do with SMS and that was true. Whenever I was sending a campaign, they helped me draft the text and recommended me days and hours for better conversion. 

The results are also fantastic. I’ve been using automated flows for SMS and the results were decent, but conversational flows are way better\! The results almost doubled. Highly recommend the app\!

They invited me on Slack and their whole team is there. The way they communicate is fantastic and it shows they care about the customers.

The results are also great. I'm using cart recovery and popup and my conversion rate was always beyond 40%. Simply impressed with how Cartloop managed everything
