> **Pros**: probate and estate accounting all in one, smooth transition from assets to accounting.  The ability that they will take our precedents and make part of program

> **Pros**: I use the probate application forms most often- I like that it makes it faster/easier to prepare forms.
> 
> **Cons**: Sometimes it prepopulates forms with incorrect information- the problem then repeats throughout the forms.  Sometimes these errors result in probate applications being returned, thereby delaying probate.

I also wished that it made suggestions and/or used templates- ie. if the intake section reveals that the estate falls within the small estate limits, it should only offer small estate relevant forms/prepopulate accordingly.  Similarly, if I indicate that I am going to be using an estimated value, it should suggest the necessary forms that I will need to include in the probate application.
