> **Pros**: Adding items to the cart from a dispatching standpoint was easy.

> **Cons**: They show a bunch of features on the demo but a lot of them don't work and they will not attempt to fix them. You will be unable to text your customers through the POS with out carriers blocking it. This is easily fixed but they won't do it.
