### "FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH FORMS YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE\!\!\!" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: I was duped. I believed that their forms could be used for my purposes, but sadly that turned out not to be the case.

> **Cons**: While the templates appear to be useful, they are not. I attempted to use their forms in the state of Arkansas and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and they were rejected.

> When I attempted to cancel my subscription over the weekend, prior to the expiration of the trial period, the website would not allow me to cancel. Then when I was able to cancel two days after they charged me for a month, they refused to give me a refund. This is NOT customer service. I told them I was going to write this negative review and they cared not at all.

> These people have really disappointing customer service and don't seem to be particularly honest.  Clearly the"free Trial" is a credit card number collection gimmick and isn't meant to be free. 
I cancelled immediately after signing up.  It took about 15 minutes for me to see that their form totally didn't work in my state.  Still got charged $40, plus a FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE\!

They could clearly see that I hadn't used the account at all, insisted that I hadn't cancelled, and then harvested $40 from my credit card.  

Beware, because you can do much better elsewhere, probably with an honest free trial or at least for less money.   Insist on using a US entity.  These guys are not that\!
