> **Pros**: They are incredibly creative when it comes to reasons not to pay for calls. Will find any/all reasons to refuse payment where it is merited

> **Cons**: they take calls for an entire pay period, only to submit "issues" upon receiving an invoice, and failing to provide any proof of said issues. They will ban you from their platform and refuse payouts
