We've lost thousands of dollars because their was a glitch in their VSP interface and we get the "oh well, we're trying to fix it". > > They make it more difficult to manage your practice and be profitable, the opposite of their claims. We've got 25 years in their software, so we are heavily invested. I don't think they will change because the owner doesn't really care about their Optometry clients.
