> Se dovessi indicare il punto di forza di In Reception, direi senza dubbio l’assistenza. È una delle cose che apprezzo di più: quando hai bisogno, rispondono sempre, sia al telefono sia tramite i ticket, e soprattutto ti aiutano davvero a risolvere il problema.

Nel mio caso ho avuto due situazioni abbastanza importanti da gestire e in entrambe le occasioni sono stati impeccabili. La prima riguardava un problema con un’OTA che non era riuscita a trovare una soluzione. È stata direttamente l’assistenza di In Reception a contattarmi, spiegarmi cosa era successo e guidarmi nella risoluzione del problema. Un supporto che ho trovato davvero prezioso. Anche se non si è particolarmente esperti di gestionali (io all'inizio non ne sapevo nulla e non avevo nessuno che potesse aiutarmi) al telefono ti spiegano con pazienza tutti i passaggi, dalle cose più semplici fino ai problemi più complessi. Ed è proprio questo tipo di assistenza, concreta e sempre disponibile, che secondo me rende In Reception una scelta azzeccata per le piccole strutture ricettive. Per una grande struttura probabilmente sceglierei un gestionale più strutturato, ma per una piccola realtà come la mia In Reception è perfetto. Un plauso particolare a \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\]
