> **Pros**: Super easy to get my team on Edflex and find the right learning for them. The team is super helpful and flexible (hence their name I guess\!)

> **Cons**: I would have loved some more languages in there but I know these will be out soon.

> I feel it's the perfect product when you need a super large catalogue of learning experiences, well integrated with LMS and other key platforms for HR (Skills Management Platform like 365Talents, and others.)

> **Pros**: La particularité d'Edflex, ce n'est pas un logiciel en soi, c'est une plateforme de formation qui dispose d'une excellente capacité à proposer des parcours de formation avec une excellente interface. De plus, les roleplays sont très bien.

> **Cons**: Il est parfois compliqué de s'y retrouver tellement la plateforme est riche. L'approche de proposer des parcours Prime ou Open est heureusement aujourd'hui abandonné.

> C'est la plateforme de elearning universelle et aujourd'hui très interactive pour proposer un parcours de progression aux apprenants

- Certains contenus font référence à la législation française, ce qui n'est pas applicable chez nous
- L'équivalence en version anglophone n'est pas souvent disponible, ce qui serait un vrai plus.
- Certains bugs de reporting avec l'intégration LMS

> Edflex constitue une solution intéressante pour enrichir rapidement une offre de formation grâce à un catalogue étendu et varié.

> **Cons**: Il peut y avoir parfois beaucoup de contenus sur un même sujet, cela peut prendre du temps de choisir LE bon contenu. Mais les équipes Edflex nous propose un accompagnement.

> Nous utilisons Edflex intégré à notre LXP pour nos utilisateurs ; la plateforme Edflex nous permet de trouver du contenu facilement notamment grâce à l'IA mis à disposition, en tant qu'administrateurs.
