> **Pros**: Our favorite feature of Carketa is the reconditioning tool tracking ability - the abilty to see where any of our dealership's vehicles are at any one particular time in the recon process.

> **Cons**: Somtimes Carketa is diffcult to use, functionality-wise. It provides a lot of information, and sometimes too much. We do not use all of the features.

The digital condition reports also gives consumers the transparency and trust they have been looking for “the missing piece to digital retail”.
