The thing I love most is how easy it is to set up and manage. The system is intuitive and quick to start using.
Setup takes only minutes.
Everything is controlled from a simple web dashboard.

Compared with some modern communication platforms, CRM and automation integrations are still limited or in early stages.
For businesses that rely heavily on automation, that can feel restrictive.

Another positive part of the experience is the professional image it creates for businesses.
