Comments: The company needs to work in a level of service, it sucks that I had to receive 4 mails, expecting news every 24 hours. It shows that the company is more interested in a number as indicator than real numbers of sla resolving the actual issues to the clients

I like that I can have several bank accounts to withdraw

Cons:

I expected more from a company with the size of investment, the platform is slow and buggy. when I had the issue I receive every 24 hours an email saying that in the next 24 hours they give me an update, 4 days later the issue was solve. The performance indicator from the service is perfect 24 hours to response without commiting to a date, sucks in many different levels

Great product for global freelancers

Comments: It has been an absolute delight so far. The withdrawal to my account is super quick and the initial setup to get my account connected was very easy too.

Pros:

The ease of setting up my account and connecting to my Indian bank account.

Cons:

The limit of $5000 for auto-withdrawal. If my incoming amount goes past $5000, the auto-withdrawal pauses and human intervention is required to manually withdraw the amount.

Best EOR provider on the market

Comments: Overall, I'd say that Deel is the best experience for an EOR provider. They have grown exponentially in a short period of time so the personalized experience has gone down a bit. I'd still go with Deel over any other provider.

Pros:

Extremely user friendly and intuitive platform. As an admin of the system, you have a lot of compliance details at your fingertips.

Cons:

The customer support has gone a bit down hill most probably due to their extreme growth. Where you may have received a promise of something happening previously, it now can't be done due to "risk". Also, waiting times when you put in a request of a query have extended.

Great app and customer support

Pros:

It takes a complicated process and breaks it down into (mostly) simple steps. Their live chat support is quick and helpful!

Cons:

The bad: We originally signed up for Deel because of our very attentive sales person/account manager, and the fact they had live customer support. After the first month we were reassigned to a new account manager that never responded to multiple emails, and then they discontinued their live tech support and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. You would go through several prompts with an AI bot that was never helpful for my situation. During this time we had a major issue with a payment, and it took hours to get a response. The good: They have since reinstated their live chat support, and all has been great since!

Love dealing with Deel

Comments: Great! I haven't had a bad experience or service with Deel. Though I thought they might want to consider self-funding accounts, but then again, they're not a banking or fiduciary service like PayPal.

Pros:

It's very user-friendly and straightforward. The dashboard offers just enough views for a user to understand the services they offer. I also like the card and advance option since it gives me the ability to make purchases in USD without the need to convert.

Cons:

Once the money is out, you won't be able to put it back in. I thought this was something I could do since I needed to use the card for USD transactions.

Deel is great for managing contracts, working freelance and getting paid!

Comments: In general I can't complain, I use the platform all the time and plan to keep using it and seeing all the new features that they are currently building.

Pros:

To have it all in there, being able to manage all your contracts, agreements, freelance jobs, and getting paid within the same platform. Also some external features for digital nomads such as perks.

Cons:

Not having a mobile app yet, which will make things easier but I'm sure they are developing it right now.

My Honest Review: DEEL

Deel really helps me with getting paid from clients around the world and dealing with all the legal stuff. They handle the local laws and taxes, so I don't have to stress about that. I can choose how I want to get paid, like through bank transfer or PayPal, and I always get my money on time thanks to their automated payments. Their contracts are straightforward, the pricing is clear with no surprises, and they have 24/7 support if I ever need help. Deel makes my work life a lot simpler, so I can focus on my projects without worrying about payments.

Cons:

Customer support can be slow at times, and payments occasionally get delayed. It doesn’t work in all countries or with all currencies, which can be limiting for me. International bank transfers take 3-5 business days to process, which is a big disappointment for me.

Comments: Simple and easy, it has option to include MFA to ensure a good level of security and easy to integrate with other banks account.

Pros:

Amazing platform to use when you need to create contracts to work abroad. It is easy to use and display all relevant informations that you must have when you have a work contract.

Cons:

I'd like Deel to include inside, their own plaform with reduced fees, just to avoid a third party global accounts, necessary to reduce fees. Why not a full fledge app and what if this app offered better options to avoid fees altogether?
