Comments: Overall pretty good. Support is slow to respond. The programme definitely needs to evolve more in terms of functionality as it is not as intuitive as the competitors

Visually it is great with the pipeline style layout
Cons:
Uploading leads is not logical at all. You need to upload seperate CSV's for leads and contacts and it makes the relationship between the two. Furthermore it costs you a record for both leads and contacts even though they essentially joint.

Much more than a place to Bigin
Pros:
Where it shines uniquely for me is its ability to be repurposed for any internal process that requires a pipeline - support desk, projects, expense requests, HR onboarding. It achieves this by letting you use any module independently to the others. Say you build a pipeline for HR onboarding. You don't need to associate a deal with a company - which wouldn't make sense in this context. Or a pipeline for projects - there's no requirement to attach a contact.
Cons:
It is missing an elegant way to generate proposals or live working docs to share with clients but there are workarounds as you can connect Bigin to many of Zoho's other products. I think this is not a deal-breaker considering Bigin is a simplified platform aimed at small business operators who don't have specialised IT knowledge to implement and administrate a CRM.

Comments: I am very much very happy with this CRM tool. I was in need of a CRM tool that is easy in usage and that would adhere to all my wishes. There are so many possibilities and what I like best is the possibilities of the different pipelines that you can create.
Pros:
It is very easy in use. Even without any how to video's you can start immediately using it.
Cons:
I would have found it better to had the webinar Bigin By Zoho CRM - Overview & Setup (EU & UK) much sooner. I had to wait over a week to join on in my timezone.

Simple to use and it gives me a total overview of the running projects and what needs to be done.
Cons:
Nothing big that I can think of; there are some small things I would have liked as an option but overall it is great. Maybe the use of collours would help having an even better overview.

Hard to beat for the price. I am moving over from hubspot after years of happily using their excellent free service. When I looked at upgrading Hubspot, i found that the USD100 p/m price they charge is the same as 1 YEAR of Bigin. for a Solopreneur like me, I need to save money & streamline my workflows wherever I can, so this just makes sense for me.

User interface could be nicer - green is a funny colour to use for business

Pros:
We wanted a simple yet powerful CRM system that underpins all of our sales activity. After a lot of searching, trials and comparisons, we settled on Bigin and haven't looked back. Bigin does everything we need with ease, including sending emails, advancing sales and keeping a track of trends. For small businesses, this is one contender to seriously consider.

Less sophisticated email integration means that there are better alternatives out there if you want to use email functionality

However, I struggled to find one with the best email integration. Then, I came across Bigin. It's more affordable and offers everything a small business requires. Setting up email and WhatsApp integrations was straightforward.
Cons:
The developers even made a WhatsApp integration specifically for small businesses. I think soon we'll get access to WhatsApp's marketing and service tools too, which would be fantastic. And if developers add Facebook Meta Business integration, Bigin will cover everything a small business needs.

Comments: Very easy to use and great price. The support by e-mail is ok for the price.

Best value for the price compared with all other crms for SMB in 2024. We worked with Pipedrive within the last 5 years. But since we found bigin we switched imediatly.

Great value and functionality
Pros:
I am a sales consultant and have been looking for an affordable and powerful CRM. I think Bigin fits this need very well. Very affordable but has the power to do the things I need to implement to create a great tool and increase the sales team's productivity. I insisst that the CRM needs to be a tool for the team to do thier job better and I believe Bigin is exactly what I was looking for.

Data import of companies and contacts takes a bit of learning. It works, but take the time to understand how it does it.

What I liked least about Bigin is the limited document handling functionality. There's no option to upload or store documents such as quotes, contracts, or invoices directly in the CRM, which would have been a helpful feature. Additionally, for more advanced reporting or scalability, the platform might feel a bit constrained as your business grows. Some additional customization options in reporting would make it even more powerful.

Comments: The best for my business. I have a team of 3 people to manage sales and customer success and Bigin was the easy one.
Pros:
It's too easy to use for a small business. I have a restaurant tech startup and the UX and UI is so smooth. They promise a 30 minutes setup and I did it in 15 min.
Cons:
Doesn't have SalesIQ integration, if zoho want to make from bigin the best small CRM you need to make a SalesIQ integration.

Pros:
The ease of access and usage is the best part of this CRM. Even interns with no experience with any CRM can easily use and manage this without fail.
Cons:
There are some limitations for a startup in the long run. As in eventually as the company grows we would definitely need to move away to a more extensive CRM platform.

Budget-friendly CRM for small business
Pros:
This budget-friendly CRM for small businesses offers nearly the same features as other costly CRM options. I’m satisfied with how it has streamlined my business processes. The calls and task tracking is very useful, also the recent feature where popup comes in caller id is contact is saved on crm really helps.
Cons:
I’d appreciate a dedicated ‘leads’ page instead of lumping all contacts into the same ‘Contacts’ section. Managing leads can be a bit tricky, but I’ve managed to make it work.
