> **Pros**: I appreciate that I am able to have my own logo on the screens, setting up is simple especially with the online tutorials to explain, they are often updating things to improve the system, and I love that telehealth doesn't cost me anything extra in any of the plans. I have been on the basic plan for almost 3 years and I am very fulfilled with all of my needs while running my own professional private practice. I also like the set up of the invoices and it is simple for my biller and I to work together to catch payments and insurance needs.
