> **Pros**: I appreciate that I am able to have my own logo on the screens, setting up is simple especially with the online tutorials to explain, they are often updating things to improve the system, and I love that telehealth doesn't cost me anything extra in any of the plans. I have been on the basic plan for almost 3 years and I am very fulfilled with all of my needs while running my own professional private practice. I also like the set up of the invoices and it is simple for my biller and I to work together to catch payments and insurance needs.

It is very easy for clients to use the platform as they receive an email and simply click on the link in the email...nothing to download\! I see clients of all ages and they agree that telehealth has been easier to use than they ever imagined.
