Amazon Elasticache is simple, easy, cost effective. > > Adding elasticache service to your infrastructure is quite simple. Because it is compatible with Redis and Memcached, ElastiCache is extensively used, and you don't need to do anything extra to utilize it. ElastiCache is likely to be a drop-in replacement for Memcached if you already use it. You may still need to operate your own Redis/Memcached clusters for some of the more complex installations, though. It is amazing and improve the response time of the application vastly.
