> **Pros**: As a SAM manager,What I like most is the complete visibility it provides into software assets and license usage. It helps ensure license compliance, optimize software costs, and makes audits much easier to manage. The centralized asset data also supports better planning and informed decision-making.

> **Cons**: One challenge is that maintaining accurate asset data requires continuous updates and regular discovery. Integrating data from multiple tools can also be time-consuming. I also feel that reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible for different business needs.

As a Software Asset Manager, it has helped me maintain software compliance, improve asset visibility, and optimize license usage.
