It greatly improves the organization and efficiency of compliance by eliminating the need for spreadsheets and dispersed instruments. It has excellent collaborative tools. Would like ability to filter on reports brought in as proof (or option to make csv / excel format)
Ability to compare 2 pieces of proof for automated control testing (e.g. comparing a terminated employee list to a user access list to confirm no terminated users appear)

> **Cons**: I feel like there are some confusing components to the experience. For example, importing Controls to a Program requires a different .csv template compared to importing Controls outside of the Program (in the main production instance).

> I've found Hyperproof to have a fast learning curve, which is great for customers I consult with that may only need it for our short project. The tool will benefit greatly for consultants by adding AI chatbots that can assist with locating and reviewing Proof (evidence).
