> **Pros**: Integration with Salesforce and the transparancy provided to sales executives.  It also handles out complex plans with ease

> **Cons**: It took a little longer to implement than I would have thought, and the UI isn't the greatest.  However, on the  UI side, they are hamstrung by the Salesforce UI (which isn't great) and we were willing to trade tight integration with Salesforce for the UI benefits of other vendors.

> So far excellent\!\! We have been able to calculate our sales executives' comp automatically and the transparancy has been excellent\!
